These Terms apply to CalmNest Stories™ products sold on calmneststories.com, calmtantrums.com, twohomesonesafenight.com and fulllibraryhub.com. The products are sold by QuizzyNest Ltd (UK).
1. Digital Products & Delivery
All products are digital products (PDF and/or MP3 audio files) delivered electronically after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
After checkout, a download link is sent to the email address you entered. The link is valid for 14 days and can be used up to 3 times, so please save the files to your device after downloading.
2. Consent to Immediate Delivery (UK)
By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that, once the download link has been supplied, you lose the statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3. Refunds & the 7-Day Support Promise
Every pack has a free audio sample on its product page, so you can listen before you buy.
7-Day Support Promise: if you have a problem accessing, downloading or playing your files, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will help fix it. If we cannot make the purchased files work, we will refund the purchase in line with our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Under UK consumer law, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
4. Licence & Acceptable Use
Your purchase grants a personal, non-commercial licence for use within your household. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or make the content publicly available.
5. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice
The content is for educational and storytelling purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic or legal advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
